This time of year we pause, reflect and give thanks for all that God has done in and through our church this past program year and we anticipate His work in the coming year.

We also take care of important business by electing new elders, trustees, deacons and nominating committee members. On this page you will find information on the candidates as well as financial data and other pertinent information.

Annual Meeting & Celebration Sunday -  June 5, 2016

  • The meeting will take place during two identical worship services in the Sanctuary at 9:30 and 11 a.m. with a short business meeting to follow from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. (childcare available through grade 5 for business meeting). Session has called the meeting for the purpose of electing officers, amending our by-laws & articles of incorporation, approving pastoral compensation and affirming the annual budget. Voting for candidates will be open throughout the morning for Ward members.

  • The 8 a.m. Liturgical Service will meet as regulary scheduled in the Chapel.

  • There will be a Town Hall Meeting on Wednesday, June 1 at 7 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Candidates will be introduced, the budget will be shared in detail and there will be an opportunity for questions from the congregation. Dinner is available in Knox Hall before at 5:45 p.m. and reservations are required, call 248.374.5988.
